We aim to dispatch orders next business day of placing an order. Our cut-off time for same business day dispatch is 10:30am, Monday-Friday. However, please allow up to 48 hours from payment clearance for items to dispatch.
Most of our deliveries will be made by Australian Post via Registered Post. Express Post or Courier can be arranged upon request with additional charges. We do not accept any order of delivery to P.O. Boxes for courier deliveries.
Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and photo identification may be requested by the Australian Post or Agent.
In the event that a signature cannot be obtained on the first delivery attempt, the recipient will be left a delivery card with details on how their parcel can be obtained. Please note that re-deliveries after a second failed attempt will incur additional charges.
While we make every effort to deliver within our estimated process and dispatch times, all timeframes are indicative only. In particular, deliveries outside of major cities and towns in Australia or during the holidays may take longer than the indicative timeframes, or delays with our carriers that are out of our control. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery nor will we accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Please carefully inspect your goods when they arrive. If for some reason the item arrives in a damaged state, and/or “dead on arrival”, please contact us at 02-9797 2800 within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
Simply add the items you want to your cart and when you visit your cart or checkout page, it will prompt you to input your postcode.
Once you input your postcode, the system will automatically calculature and combine shipping for you. All shipping rates are live rates directly from Australia Post.

When you come to collect your items, we need either proof of purchase (Order number) or photo I.D. You are also required to sign your items when you collect. There is no time limit on when you collect items if you pay for your items upfront.
If you choose the "Pay in Store" option and choose Click&Collect, we expect pickup within ten (10) business days. Photo-Shop-Studio reserves the right to cancel the reservation/ order and sell your item(s) to other customers as the goods have not been paid for.
From time to time, Photo-Shop-Studio runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.
Photo-Shop-Studio insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (eg. a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Photo-Shop-Studio and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
All prices listed on Photo-Shop-Studio's website are inclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise. GST is a Goods and Services Tax which is set at 10% (ten percent). All orders made in Australia are subject to GST.
Photo-Shop-Studio has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, specifications and details of all our products online. Please contact us if you believe that there is an error in our listing and we will attend to it as soon as possible.
Photo-Shop-Studio warrant that any product sold by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice/receipt date (which must be presented upon claiming warranty), or such longer period as may be offered by us in any particular case. Warranty on goods varies depending on the product and the manufacturer. We will handle warranty claims but the actual warranty is provided by the manufacturer and all decisions regarding misuse and voided warranties are entirely up to the manufacturer. Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.
If any defects in materials or workmanship in a product we have sold are identified and notified to us within the specified warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. Goods return is at the discretion of Photo-Shop-Studio and may not be returned without prior arrangement. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by other factors, or circumstances including (but not limited to) accidental or malicious damage, alteration or modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturers. No claim will be admitted if the product has not been used and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. In no circumstances Photo-Shop-studio are liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damages due to defective products.
If any item is returned to us by post for manufacturer defects and the claim is subsequently found to be false or wrong, postage for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer and must be paid for before the item is returned.
You may return the faulty item with manufacturer's defect for replacement or refund within 7 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept the return of any non-faulty items under any circumstance, in particular to all cameras, lenses, memory cards, monitors, microphones or electronic items.
We are not obliged to refund nor accept returns for incorrect choice of purchase of change of mind. We may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items if the package has never been opened or used. 15% restocking fee will apply for exchanges. No refund will be issued for freight, postage or insurance costs.
You will incur the original delivery charge, the cost of returning the product to us plus the new delivery charge for exchange.
At our option, we will either refund you the balance amount with a store credit or exchange the product of equivalent value. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately protected and packed for the return transit. Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice/receipt with all returned product(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the exchanged item from the time we have received your returned goods.
