BENRO purchases from Photo-Shop-Studio are entitled to a one (1) year warranty for parts and labour from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented for this warranty claim.
For BENRO products purchased from elsewhere, we are able to repair or provide parts to you at your expense.
For repairs, we recommend that you submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you have including but not limited to material, model number, detail of the problem, as well as photographs of the area or item requiring repair. This way we are able to assist you promptly and easily.
We will give you a quote and then only proceed with the repair once you agree to it.
Sometimes for very simple repairs we may send you a file and instructions on how to DIY repair it, so that you will not need to send the tripod to us which will save you time and money.
Yes, we do. Please bring your item into our store with as much information as you have including but not liimted to material, model number, and detail of the problem.
Please note that the intitial quote may incur a charge as the technician is on a charge per job basis. This is a redeemable amount if you proceed to go ahead with repair. We only proceed with the initial quotation and repair if you agree to it.

We have professional photographers with more than 30 years' experience who can capture the moment on your special events, or take photos for whatever need you may have. Alternatively if you need help setting up a studio we can also do that for you. Please email us at email@example.com for a quote with the date and time you require the service.
