Fotolux Complete 3m x3m Studio Space Saving Ceiling Rail System (S-14)

The Fotolux Ceiling Rail System is the perfect solution for a professional photo studio.

All lighting gear can be hung from the ceiling to create a safe working space.

No more power cables are running on the floor.

This is a cost effective and space saving solution for your studio setup.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• 2 x 3m Small section Top Fixed Rails (Fix to U/S of ceiling structure)
• 2 x 3m Large section Running Rails   (Connect to Top rails with Double Carriages)
• 6 x Fixing Plates (Min. 3 plates per track, to fix the track to the underside of ceiling)
• 12 x Concrete Anchor Bolts (Fix to Concrete structure)
• 4 x Double Roller Carriages (Attach running rails to fixed rails)
• 4 x Single Roller/ Pully (Fix to underside of double track to hang pantograph)
• 4 x Pantographs ( Hang lighting gear )
• 4 x Wire Tie Pulleys (Fix to the Running Track to hand power cables)
• 4 x Safety Cable

Installation Guide:

1) Install 2x fixed rails ( +/-2m apart ) to the the underside of ceiling structure. Min. 3 fixing plates per 3m fixed rail.

2) Slide 2x Double Carriage Rollers into each fixed rail.

 3) Slide 2x running rails (at 90 degrees) into the double Carriage rollers. The running rails will be free to move and slide under the fixed rail.

4) Slide 2x Single Rollers and 2x Wire Tie Pulleys into each running rail. 

5) Pls make sure the end stopper bolts & nuts are secured at the end of all rails to avoid rollers came off.

 6) Hang the pantograph to the single roller under the running rail. Press and release the lock button to pull down the pantograph.

7) Attach your lighting equipment to the spigot of the pantograph.  Please make sure that your lighting equipment is secured to the pantograph and fasten the safety cable for fail safe. Max. loading of each pantograph is 5 Kgs.

Note: Due to oversized 3m extra long rails, special delivery via road transportation might take 1-2 weeks for delivery. You are welcome to send your own courier to pick up from our store.
